In this instance, as the item is sold by JJ’s Real Buy and not Amazon, then it would usually not come within Micro Center’s price match policy.
In this example, you can see that the item is sold by Amazon.com so it would come within Micro Center’s price match policy.

Even if Micro Center’s written policy doesn’t allow for price matching with third party retailers selling on Amazon, it’s definitely still worth reaching out to Micro Center to check if they can help. You may find that they are still prepared to price match if you speak to a manager.
Which Items Will Micro Center Not Cover?
In addition to Micro Center’s policy to only price match items sold by Amazon, there are these additional conditions:
- The item cannot be a clearance item
- The item cannot be refurbished
- The item cannot be an off-lease product
- The item cannot be open boxed
- There can be no coupons or promotions
- The item cannot be out of stock
- The item cannot be on special offer (i.e. Prime Day, Black Friday or Cyber Monday)
The item must also be an exact match and Micro Center will check this by reference to the model and/or UPC number.
How to Price Match a Product Seen on Amazon at Micro Center
To secure a price match at Micro Center with a product seen on Amazon you should do the following:
- In store: take an Amazon screenshot or present your phone with the Amazon page showing to the cashier or other staff member when purchasing your product. They will then look into this and hopefully match your price
