1. Lyft

If you like driving, then Lyft might be the perfect side job for you.

Your job will involve taxing people around in your car. You get your customers from the Lyft app that you download when you’ve been accepted onto Lyft’s books.

Whilst not technically a “work at home job” as you’ll be on the road, it offers the same flexibility as a work at home job as you can pretty much choose your hours.

Download the Lyft app and you can pretty much drive whenever you want, although the maximum you can do is 10 hours in one stint followed by an 8 hour rest period.

The average salary is around $17.50 an hour so not bad for a side hustle job.

2. Amazon Mechanical Turk

Amazon Mechanical Turk allows you to complete micro tasks for money.

It’s generally things like data entry, editing, proofreading and transcription tasks.

I love Amazon MTurk because it’s so easy to get into and there’s always plenty of work available in my experience.

You can get paid in cash or have money sent straight into your Amazon account in vouchers.

Unfortunately pay is fairly basic with it paying around $8.00 per hour tops. However, the tasks are fairly easy so if you’ve got free time, why not give it a go?

Did you know you can work from home by testing websites. Pretty amazing!

Companies pay people like you to simply browse around on websites, complete a few forms and then provide feedback afterwards.

They pay handsomely too!

The company UserTesting will pay you $10 per test and you only need to commit around 10 – 20 minutes of your time. That’s an awesome $30 an hour for little more than browsing the net, which I am sure you do plenty of anyway.

There are companies out there who are willing to pay you for your insight and experience of using products, services or your knowledge of a particular topic.

UserTesting comes well recommended!

The Nielsen app pays you $50 per device when you install their app on your phone. I’ve tried this on 3 of my devices and it definitely works!
