Dabbl App Review: Is Dabbl a Legit Website and Can I Make Money?

So, you’ve come across the “Dabbl app” online and have those burning questions that most people have when a new online money making opportunity presents –

Is Dabbl legit and can I make money?

This post aims to answer both of these important questions so you can decide whether to jump in or give it a swerve.

Whenever I review apps like Dabbl, I always try to make it clear from the outset that apps like this are for little wins only!

They aren’t going to make you a millionaire or even allow you to quit your job, no matter how poorly paid you are.

But does that mean you should run a mile?

Of course not!

Every little helps when it comes to making money and a small amount of time spent on an app like Dabbl is probably more productive than many things you do in your life!

The little wins add up over time! Believe me!

So without any further delay, let’s see if Dabbl is worth your time!

Can I use Dabbl and Where is Dabbl Available?

Dabbl is a mobile app available on both Android and IOS smart phone operating systems.

Unfortunately Dabbl is only available in the US at this time and you need a US registered phone number for it to work.

However, the app is free, so if you’re in the US you can sign up knowing it won’t cost you a dime!

What is Dabbl?

So, before we proceed any further, it might be useful to ask what Dabbl actually is.

Simply put and according to its own definition:-

“Dabbl is a mobile app that lets you earn money by completing simple, fun interactive games, quizzes and videos.”

So, it’s essentially like a reward site which allows you to collect points by doing small micro tasks.

The tasks are put forward by brand names that are partnered with Dabbl to conduct market research.

Their philosophy is that brands want your attention and instead of constantly annoying you with ads, they can actually reward you for your time!

So, quite ethical, I guess!

The interface is very easy to use and fairly aesthetically pleasing in my opinion:-

How Do I Join Dabbl?

The signing up process is ridiculously straight forward and is set out on their website as follows:-

You can download the app below. Simply click the button which will take you to their website, click the App store or Google Play store links and you’re away.

Is Dabbl Legit and Safe?

Dabbl appears to be very legitimate.

They are run by the company Adjoy Inc. located in Tampa, Florida.

One of the best ways of assessing the legitimacy of a company is to look at the company they keep and the brands they do business with.

Here’s some of their partners:-

They are clearly partnered with some huge brands and I doubt very much they would get involved with Dabbl if they were a scam company.

I am therefore very satisfied that Dabbl is a legit company and is completely safe to use.

You are expected when completing some of the tasks to provide your opinions to some of these partners but this is done completely anonymously.

How Can I Make Money With Dabbl?

As above, Dabbl is based on a points system where you do small tasks in exchange for points.

The max amount of points you can get is 5000, at which point you then have to exchange those points for a gift card worth $5 to $10.

Unfortunately you cannot get to any higher than 5000 points as you have to redeem your points at that stage.

Tasks you’ll do include:-

✔ Surveys – You’ll be tasked with short surveys on the brands that Dabbl partner with. The surveys I saw ranged from around 20 – 400 points.

✔ Watch ad videos – I enjoyed this one the most as it doesn’t come much easier than watching a few video clips. Some are also interactive. These offered around 20 – 50 points.

✔ Quizzes – There are also a few brand orientated quizzes I came across which earned around 20 – 50 points.

You can also make points by referring people to the app. You can earn 1000 points this way but you are limited to referring only 20 friends (at the time of writing this).

Dabbl pays out in gift cards only so there is no ready cash you can just withdraw.

Some of the gift card examples:-

Unfortunately they do not offer PayPal gift cards which I think is a bit of a bummer as a lot of other similar sites do offer them.

The gift cards are only between $5 – $10 each as well.

Dabbl Extra Savings

One other cool thing I like about the app is that there is an “Extra Savings” section which offers some awesome discounts on a variety of products such as:-

  • Cosmetics
  • Health and wellness products
  • Sports gear

Some of the savings were in excess of 50% so arguably the app is worth it just for this feature alone.

Summary

The Dabbl app is certainly very easy to use and quite fun to boot. I didn’t really get bored when using it and found the videos, surveys and quizzes relatively care free. Unfortunately, the earnings potential is limited and you’re not going to make more than a couple of dollars per hour with this app in my experience and even then the money you do make can only be redeemed in vouchers and not via PayPal. The extra savings section is a nice bonus feature and it is probably worth the download just to see what is on offer. Whilst I do think Dabbl is a cool app, there are certainly better options out there, although I would still recommend downloading it just to see what you think.

ALTERNATIVES

If you are looking for alternatives to Dabbl then I would recommend Swag Bucks where you can earn money doing surveys, playing games, watching videos and browsing the internet. You can also withdraw via PayPal vouchers.

If surveys are your thing and that’s all you want to do, then Survey Junkie takes some beating in my view. Again, you can withdraw with PayPal with them.

You can join these for free here:-

Survey Junkie

Earn usually around $10 an hour with some “focus group” surveys paying $75 per survey. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating on TrustPilot

Swag Bucks

Earn around $10 an hour playing games, taking surveys & watching videos. $5 free when signing up! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating on TrustPilot
